PRESENTATION
Driven by a long-standing interest in interior design, the artist naturally places it at the center of this exhibition. She primarily explores the aesthetics of Art Deco—now widely revived—and subtly combines it with Japanese touches, influences from the 1960s, and ethnic accents, all within a visual language that is uniquely her own.
Her surreal universe, which marks a new direction in her work, unfolds through imaginary architectural spaces and the presence of animals, reflecting her remarkable inventiveness. The creative process—assembling colors, materials, as well as antique or contemporary objects, much like designing a real interior—resembles a form of construction play. Through acrylic painting, the artist explores a multitude of ideal spaces, suspended between dream and reality.
